We are aware of that The Adirondack Council is not listed above. Despite their past record of environmental advocacy, we do not promote this group on our pages. We believe
their continued support of the Bush Administration's Clear Skies initiative is misguided, threatens the survival of our lakes and fishes and is dangerous to the health of our citizens.
We are heartened by the recent federal appeals court decision temporarily halting implementation of the provision regulating upgrades to aging power plants.
